Please ensure all items remain in their original, unworn condition with all tags and specialized packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your TITAN 22 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our quality guidelines; once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the products in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized courier partner.
Quality Check & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit refund to your account within 5-7 business days.
